摘要
介绍了东曲煤矿运用新型滑靴式自移设备列车来运送综采工作面相关重型配套设备,解决了传统采用有轨绞车钢丝绳牵引运输技术所存在的掉道、脱钩、跑车、操作安全性差等缺陷,研究了滑靴式自移设备列车的运动原理,分析了其优缺点,为井下运输过程中存在的问题提出了解决办法。
This paper analyzes sliding self-moving locomotives to transport heavy equipment related of fully mechanized working face in Dongqu Coal Mine,and solves the trolley wire rope traction transportation technology,decoupling,sports car,poor operation safety defects,studies sliding self-moving locomotives principle,advantages and disadvantages,and the problems existing in the process of the underground transportation solutions are put forward.
