摘要
针对串联攻坚战斗部随进引信设计中,前级战斗部爆炸冲击过载工程计算方法缺乏的问题,提出了基于绕射假设的随进引信爆炸冲击过载计算方法。该方法通过爆炸产物的平面波绕射假设得到等效爆炸冲击过载和过载持续时间的计算公式;其中的临界压力、速度参数根据炸药爆炸的能量相似原理,将前级战斗部装药产生的爆炸环境等效为相应当量的TNT球形装药,计算出装药密度后,查表得到。试验表明:通过该方法计算得到的爆炸过载和持续时间与试验测试过载下限基本吻合。
Aiming at the problem of the lack to the calculation method for shock overload of precursory explosion of following fuze,a method of the following fuze explosive overload caculation based on the assumption of diffraction was proposed.By means of the method of plane wave diffraction around the explosion producted assumption calculation formula of equivalent explosion overload and continuou time;The critical pressure and velocity parameters according to the explosion energy similar principle.The explosive environment equivalent the energy generated by the front warhead was equivalent to the TNT spherical charge,the check table got after calculating the charge density.Experiments showed that the explosion overload and duration calculated by this method was basically consistent with the lower limit of the experiment results.
