Nanjing community education has achieved great development over the past ten years. The article summarizes the achievements, puts forward the problems and takes considerations to the future development of community education in Nanjing. For community education, it comes up with innovative ideas such as to establish a complete organizational management structure, cultivate its teams, improve its carrier continuously, strive for its job security constantly, create the content of its activities, make effort to improve its connotation quality, and try to build its information platform.
