摘要 高职文科类专业学生就业岗位侧重与人打交道,更加强调"软技能"的培养,开展校企合作比理工科类更复杂、更难以操作,存在合作投入少、层次低、岗位少、师资少等突出问题。在社会现代服务业的职业技能人才需求迅速增长的形势下,高职文科类专业要在人才培养方案、课程体系、实践平台、教学资源、师资队伍、评级机制等方面推进校企深度合作,不断创新实践教学模式,实现产教融合。 Compared with Science and Engineering, school-enterprise cooperation for Humanities and Social Sciences which emphasizes the students' ‘soft skills' focusing on their ability of dealing with people exists prominent problems such as lack of cooperative investment, low level, less job positions and shortage of faculty which makes it more complicated and difficult to operate. Under the social situation of increasing needs of talents with vocational skills for the modern service industry, humanities and social sciences specialty should be promoted to a profound school-enterprise cooperation through talent training scheme, curriculum system, practice platform,, teaching resources, teaching staff, rating mechanism so as to continuously create practical teaching mode to implement Industry-education Integration.
