“微时代”大学生思想政治教育现状与路径优化

On the Current Situation and Optimization Methods of Ideological and Political Education in the Micro Era

通过分析"微时代"的特征及其给大学生思想政治教育带来的生机和挑战,总结"微时代"背景下大学生思想政治教育工作具有开放性、交互性、瞬时性、灵活性等新特点,提出通过丰富思想政治教育内容、创新工作方法、增强工作预见性和提升工作者的素养作为大学生思想政治教育的优化路径,有利于更好地推进大学生思想政治教育工作。

Through the analysis of the characteristics of the ＂micro era＂, combing vitality and challengesbrought by this era for college students＇ ideological and political education, this paper summarizes the newfeatures of this special education in the ＂micro era＂, such as openness, interactivity, instantaneity and flexi-bility. To promote the development of college students＇ ideological and political education, this paper alsoputs forward several optimization methods as follows： to enrich the ideological and political education content,to bring forth innovative work methods, and to enhance the work foresight and improve the quality of teachingstaff.
