摘要
针对企业自动化生产流水线中的生产线单一及生产流程切换不便等问题,提出一种多生产流程自由切换的自动化生产模型。它的实现方式是通过工业计算机与可编程控制器构建上位机-下位机形式的硬件结构,并通过C#面向对象的特点,运用封装、继承与多态的方法使生产工序的自由切换得以实现。其控制方式稳定、操作简便,可以有效提高生产效率,具有较高的实际应用价值。
In view of such issues as the single production line and inconvenient switching of the production process in the automation production line, a kind of automatic production model of multi production process is proposed by building up the hardware structure of the upper computer and the lower computer through the in- dustrial computer and programmable controller. The switching of the production process in the model can be realized by using the feature of C # to implement the program via encapsulation, inheritance and polymor- phism. This model is significant to the practical application by improving the production efficiency.
