摘要 堆肥是垃圾处理方法中最符合可持续发展战略的一种方法.堆肥发酵过程中对温度的要求很严格,温度过高会抑制微生物的生长甚至杀死微生物,微生物只有在适合生长的温度环境下,才能变废为宝.本文主要介绍了以单片机为核心的无线测温系统于垃圾处理中的应用,重点对系统的硬件构成进行了设计,对各部分的主要作用进行了阐述,实现了对热源的红外跟踪与温度测控.无线测温摒弃了旧的价格昂贵的温度补偿导线传输的旧检测方法,新方法更为经济、可靠、方便、实用. Composting is garbage disposal method which is most consistent with the sustainable development strategy. Compost fermentation process is very strict with temperature,higher temperature can inhibit the growth of microorganisms or even kill microorganisms,microorganisms only grow under suitable temperature of the environment,and thus turn "waste" into wealth. This paper mainly introduces the single-chip microcomputer as the core of the wireless temperature measurement system in the application of waste disposal,focus on the system design,the hardware structure of the main functions of each part,implementing the tracking and infrared temperature measurement and control of heat source. Wireless temperature measurement discards the old detection method of the old expensive temperature compensation wire transfer,thus creating a new method which is more economical,reliable,convenient and practical.
