宽煤柱瓦斯尾巷底鼓综合治理技术研究

摘要 针对3303工作面宽煤柱瓦斯尾巷底鼓严重问题,分析了底鼓发生的影响因素,确定了深孔松动爆破、底板加固、底板水控制综合治理技术方案。对深孔松动爆破卸压参数进行了设计,采用底梁加单体液压支柱组成的支护形式进行了底板加固。从巷道表面位移变形观测数据分析知,底鼓综合治理方案取得了较好的效果,基本解决了瓦斯尾巷底鼓问题。 For the serious problem of floor heave in the gas tail gateway which has wide coal pillar in the 3303 face of Hexi coal mine,this paper carefully analysed the effects of floor heave,defined the comprehensive control technology of deep hole loose blasting,floor reinforcement,floor water control. It designed the relieving parameters of deep hole loose blasting,reinforced the floor using bottom beams and single hydraulic prop supporting forms. With the analysis of the observation data of the road way surface displacement deformation,the comprehensive treatment plan has achieved good results and basically solved the problem of floor heave in gas tail gateway.
