晚期消化道肿瘤患者行复方苦参注射液辅助化疗治疗的疗效评价

The effectiveness of compound matrine injection and chemotherapy in the treatment of patients with advanced digestive tract tumor

目的探究晚期消化道肿瘤患者行复方苦参注射液辅助化疗治疗的临床疗效。方法选取从2011年7月至2015年7月行治疗的晚期消化道肿瘤患者240例,对照组120例患者进行化疗;观察组120例患者进行复方苦参注射液与化疗联合治疗。治疗结束后对两组患者的治疗效果和不良反应情况进行对比分析。结果在治疗结束后,观察组患者疼痛缓解有效率73.3%(88/120),高于对照组患者的疼痛缓解有效率46.7%(56/120)。观察组患者白细胞计数下降、血红蛋白减少、恶心、呕吐、腹泻、黏膜炎等不良反应发生率明显低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组患者神经毒性、肝功能异常、肾功能异常不良反应发生率相近,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。观察组患者生活质量改善总有效率为71.7%(86/120),高于对照组患者的总有效率例43.3%(52/120),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在治疗晚期消化道肿瘤时,采用复方苦参注射液辅助化疗的方法效果良好,能改善患者生活质量,不良反应少,安全性好,值得在临床推广应用。

Objective To explore the effectiveness of compound matrine injection and chemotherapy in the Treatment of patients with advanced digestive tract tumor. Methods Selecte 240 patients with advanced digestive tract tumor treatment from July 2011 to July 2015,the 120 cases of control group in treatment of chemotherapy,the 120 cases of observation group in treatment of compound matrine injection and chemotherapy,to compare the clinical parameters and effect of 2 groups patients. Results At the end of the treatment,the observation group patients with pain relief effective was 88 cases（ 73. 3%）; the control group patients with pain relief was 56 cases（ 46. 7%）. Observation group were decreased white blood cell count,hemoglobin decrease,nausea,vomiting,diarrhea,mucositis incidence of adverse events was significantly lower than the control group,the difference was statistically significant（ P〈0. 05）. The incidence of adverse reactions,including neurotoxicity,abnormal liver function,abnormal renal function,are similar in the two groups,and the difference is not statistically significant（ P〉0. 05）. In the observation group,the total effective rate was 86 cases（ 71. 7%）,and the total effective rate was 52 cases（ 43. 3%）,the difference was statistically significant（ P〈0. 05）. Conclusion In the treatment of advanced digestive tract tumor,the compound matrine injection and chemotherapy have good effect,which can improve the patient＇s living quality should be promoted in clinical use.
