摘要
目的比较MRI增强扫描前两种检测高压注射系统状态试针方法的效果。方法实验一:在高压注射器针筒中分别抽入钆喷酸葡胺(Gd-DTPA)注射液和生理盐水后进行试针,首先同时推送两筒液体排液10 ml以排净导管内空气,而后仅推送生理盐水筒并采集排出液20 ml,与等量纯净水、生理盐水、Gd-DTPA注射液同时进行CT扫描并测量CT值,分析取样液体的成分。实验二:以红色钢笔水代替Gd-DTPA注射液以相同步骤重复试针操作,肉眼观察高压注射器总导管内液体颜色的变化。结果在以实验一方法试针注射时,纯净水的CT值为-03.54±02.54 HU,生理盐水的CT值为15.81±02.43 HU,取样液体的CT值为44.54±06.07 HU,Gd-DTPA注射液的CT值为3 071±00.00HU。在以实验二方法试针注射时,高压注射器总导管内液体呈现淡红色。结论 MRI增强扫描前试针注射时采用含5ml生理盐水的注射器连接套管针注射可避免Gd-DTPA对比剂提前进入血管。
Objective To compare two injecting methods in testing the high- pressure syringe system before MRI enhancement scan.Methods Experiment one: Gd- DTPA solution and physiological saline solution were separately aspirated into two high- pressure syringes. First step,push the two syringes simultaneously and discharge each 10 ml solution in order to expel the air in the catheter and trocar,then push physiological solution syringe simply,discharge the 20 ml saline solution( testing solution). The 20 ml of testing solution,clear water,saline solution and Gd- DTPA solution were collected and performed CT scan respectively. CT values of the four solution samples were measured. The component of the testing solution was analyzed. Experiment two: following replacing the Gd- DTPA solution with red ink solution,operate the high- pressure syringe system in the same way as experiment one,observe color change of the solution in the common catheter of the syringe. Results In the experiment one,the CT values of the clear water was- 03. 54 ± 02. 54 HU,the CT values of saline solution was15. 81 ± 02. 43 HU,the CT values of the testing solution was 44. 54 ± 06. 07 HU,the CT values of the Gd- DTPA solution was 3071 ± 00. 00 HU. The color of solution in the common catheter of the syringe was changed into pink during the injection in the experiment two. Conclusion Performing the high- pressure syringe testing injection by injecting 5 ml saline solution through the trocar may avoid Gd- DTPA solution entering the blood vessels in advance before MRI enhancement scan.
