摘要 目的探讨ATP生物荧光法在监测器械清洗质量中的作用。方法采用ATP生物荧光法、微生物培养法、肉眼观察法和放大镜观察法进行监测器械清洗质量,比较不同方法合格率;并比较采用ATP生物荧光法监测器械清洗各个环节的清洗质量和监测培训前后器械清洗质量变化。结果采用不同方式检查器械清洗质量合格率分别为,放大镜观察组(92.50%)、肉眼观察组(97.50%)、微生物培养法(82.50%)和ATP生物荧光法(67.50%);ATP生物荧光法动态监测清洗质量显示,各个环节后器械清洗质量的合格(RLU≤2 000)率为:初步冲洗后(10.00%),酶液浸泡刷洗后(45.00%),超声清洁后(57.50%)和干燥后(67.50%);经过培训后,ATP生物荧光法监测显示,器械清洗质量总合格率由培训前的65.71%提升到培训后的86.30%(P<0.05)。结论 ATP生物荧光法可监测并提高器械各个环节清洗质量,是对肉眼观察法的重要补充。 Objective To explore the effect of ATP biological fluorescence method in improving the quality of instrument cleaning.Methods Postoperative instruments were randomly selected. At the same time,the ATP bioluminescence assay group,microbial culture method,the naked eye observation and amplified microscopy were used for monitoring and detection qualified rate were compared. ATP bioluminescence method was used to monitor all aspects of the quality of instrument cleaning and monitor the changes of the quality of instrument cleaning before and after intervention. Results In different ways,the qualified rate of the cleaning quality of the instruments was observed,the observation group( 92. 50 %),the naked eye observation group( 97. 50 %),the microbial culture method( 82. 50 %) and the ATP( 67. 50 %).ATP bioluminescence method for dynamic monitoring of cleaning quality show that after each link equipment clean quality( RLU is less than or equal to 2000) qualified rate: initial flushing after( 10. 00 %),enzyme soak Scrub( 45. 00 %),after ultrasonic cleaning( 57. 50 %) and drying( 67. 50 %). ATP bioluminescence assay showed that 65. 71 % of the total qualified rate instrument cleaning quality training before the upgrade to 86. 30 % after training( P〈0. 05). Conclusion ATP biological fluorescence method can be used to monitor and improve the quality of cleaning instruments,which is an important supplement to the naked eye method.
