摘要
现代学徒制是职业教育人才培养的新范式。通过国际比较和实践反思,发现现代学徒制试点工作中的一些不规范现象,提出了师傅选聘、人才培养方案制定和培训方法选用的一些基本原则。
Modern apprenticeship is the new vocational paradigm in students' training. Having carried on the international comparison and practice reflection, non-standard phenomenon in the modern apprenticeship experimental work was found out, and the mentor recruitment, students training program design and training approaches selection standards were put forward.
