心理护理和康复锻炼对脑梗死患者血清黏附因子及炎性因子的影响

Effect of psychological nursing and rehabilitation exercise on serum adhesion factor and inflammatory factors in patients with cerebral infarction

目的探讨心理护理和康复锻炼对脑梗死患者血清黏附因子和炎性因子的影响、分析疗效变化。方法将110例患者以双盲法1∶1随机分为2组,分别采用常规护理和康复锻炼及心理护理和针对性康复,比较2组疗效及血清黏附因子、炎性因子变化。结果经治疗后,观察组有效率为87.27%,对照组为81.19%,2组患者疗效存在差异(P<0.05);干预后观察组s ICAM(469.8±84.5)mg/L,低于对照组(514.3±29.5)mg/L,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);2组IL-6、IL-8和TNF-α均下降,与干预前相比差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),且观察组下降程度大于对照组(P<0.05)。结论心理护理和针对性康复锻炼能够改善脑梗死患者血清黏附因子和炎性因子水平,提高脑梗死患者临床疗效。

Objective To explore the effect of psychological nursing and rehabilitation exercise on serum adhesion factor and inflammatory factors in patients with cerebral infarction,and to analyze the change of curative effect. Methods A total of 110 patients were randomly divided into 2groups according to double blind method,and patients in two groups were given routine nursing and rehabilitation exercise,mental nursing and targeted rehabilitation respectively,the effect of two groups,the changes of serum adhesion factor,and inflammatory factor were compared. Results After treatment,efficacy rate was 87. 27% in the observation group,and 81. 19% in the control group,the efficacy of the two groups showed significant difference（ P〈0. 05）. The level of s ICAM after intervention was（ 469. 8 ± 84. 5） mg / L in the observation group,which was lower than（ 514. 3 ±29. 5） mg / L in the control group,the difference was statistically significant（ P〈0. 05）. The levels of IL-6,IL-8 and TNF- α of two groups were decreased,there was statistically significant difference compared with intervention before（ P〈0. 05）,and its level of the observation group decreased more than that in the control group（ P〈0. 05）. Conclusion Psychological nursing and rehabilitation exercise can improve serum adhesion and inflammatory factors levels of cerebral infarction patients,and improve the clinical efficacy.
