危重糖尿病患者行实时动态血糖监测的系统护理

Systematic nursing of critically ill patients with diabetes mellitus applying real-time dynamic glucose monitoring

目的探讨系统护理干预在行实时动态血糖监测的危重糖尿病患者的干预效果。方法收集入院的50例危重糖尿病患者按是否愿意接受系统护理分为2组。对照组患者给予常规护理,实验组患者施加系统护理干预,比较2组患者治疗前后血糖情况、护理能力评分、实时动态血糖监测相关临床指标与护理满意度。结果实验组患者治疗后2h PBG水平与对照组比较有显著差异(P<0.01);实验组患者对护理人员专业知识水平与突发问题能力评分显著高于对照组(P<0.01);实验组患者血糖达标时间、低血糖次数显著低于对照组,带泵教育时间、患者咨询次数与处理警报次数显著高于对照组(P<0.01);实验组患者护理满意度显著优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论系统护理干预在行实时动态血糖监测的危重糖尿病患者的临床辅助治疗与干预效果显著,可提高满意度。

Objective To investigate the effect of systematic nursing intervention for critically ill patients with diabetes mellitus applying real- time dynamic glucose monitoring. Methods A total of 50 critically ill patients admitted to our hospital were divided into two groups according to whether they were willing to accept systematic nursing. The control group was treated with routine care and the experimental group applied systematic nursing intervention. Blood glucose condition,nursing score,clinical indicators of real- time glucose monitoring and nursing satisfaction before and after treatment were compared. Results After treatment,significant difference was observed in2 h PBG level of the experimental group compared with the control group（ P〈0. 01）. The level of expertise and ability score of unexpected problems in the experimental group were significantly higher in the experimental group compared with the control group（ P〈0. 01）. Standard time of blood sugar,and the number of hypoglycemia in patients in the experimental group were significantly lower than that in the control group,counseling times and treatment times of alarms were significantly higher than that in the control group（ P〈0. 01）. Nursing satisfaction in the experimental group was significantly better than that in the control group（ P〈0. 05）. Conclusion The adjuvant treatment efficacy of systematic nursing intervention in critically ill patients applying real- time dynamic glucose monitoring is significant,and it can improve satisfaction.
