对因护理对痛风患者疼痛程度及生活质量的影响

Influence of counterpart nursing on the pain and life quality of patients with gout

目的探讨对因护理在缓解痛风患者疼痛,改善生活质量中的应用效果。方法将100例痛风患者进行随机分组,对照组采用常规护理,观察组针对影响疾病的因素进行对因护理,比较2组患者的痛风相关知识、疼痛、生活质量及复发率。结果观察组痛风危险因素、诱因、并发症、治疗等方面知识的掌握率高于对照组(P<0.05),观察组的疼痛缓解时间短于对照组,疼痛评分差值高于对照组(P<0.05),观察组生活质量问卷各方面的评分好于对照组(P<0.05)。结论对因护理能够减少痛风危险因素的影响,减少患者的疼痛程度,改善生活质量。

Objective To investigate the application effect of counterpart nursing in relieving pain and improving the life quality of patients with gout. Methods A total of 100 patients with gout were randomly divided into two groups. The control group was treated with routine nursing and the observation group was treated with counterpart nursing. The pain,gout related knowledge,life quality were compared between the two groups. Results The mastery rate of knowledge in gout risk factors,causes,complications,treatment and other aspects in the observation group were higher than that in the control group（ P〈0. 05）. The pain relief time in the observation group was shorter than that in the control group,and pain score was higher than that in the control group（ P〈0. 05）. The scores of life quality in the observation group were higher than that in the control group（ P〈0. 05）.Conclusion The counterpart nursing can reduce the risk factors of gout,reduce the pain and improve the life quality of patients.
