家庭护理干预对儿童期糖尿病患儿治疗依从性及生活质量的影响

Influence of family nursing interventions on treatment compliance and quality of life in children with diabetes mellitus in childhood

目的探讨家庭护理干预对儿童期糖尿病患儿治疗依从性及生活质量的影响。方法将90例1型糖尿病(T1DM)儿童随机分为观察组和对照组,各45例。对照组实施常规护理,观察组在对照组的基础上实施家庭护理干预。干预后随访24周,评价2组患儿治疗依从性并观察干预前及干预后24周时Peds QLTM 4.0量表评分。结果观察组的依从率84.44%(38/45)显著高于对照组的66.67%(30/45)(P<0.05);干预后24周时,2组患儿Peds QLTM 4.0生存量表各方面功能评分均显著高于干预前,且观察组显著高于对照组(P<0.01)。结论家庭护理干预能够提高儿童期糖尿病患儿的治疗依从性和生活质量。

Objective To explore the influence of family nursing intervention on treatment compliance and quality of life in children with diabetes mellitus in childhood. Methods A total of90 children with type 1 diabetes mellitus（ T1DM） were divided into observation group and control group,with 45 cases for each group. Control group were given conventional nursing,and the observation group were conducted with family nursing interventions based on the control group. After followed up for 24 weeks,the treatment compliance of 2 groups was assessed and Peds QLTM 4. 0 rating scale score of 2 groups before and 24 weeks after intervention was observed. Results The compliance rate was 84. 44%（ 38 /45） in observation group,which was higher than 66. 67%（ 30 /45） in the control group（ P〈0. 05）. After 24 weeks of intervention,Peds QLTM 4. 0 rating scale scores in both groups were higher than that before intervention,and observation group was obviously higher than the control group（ P〈0. 01）. Conclusion Family nursing interventions can improve the treatment compliance and quality of life in children with diabetes mellitus.
