延续性护理在先天性巨结肠根治术患儿出院后的应用分析

Application of continuous care in radical surgery children with hirschsprung after discharge

目的探究先天性巨结肠根治术患儿出院后实施延续性护理对疾病预后的影响。方法将80例先天性巨结肠根治术患儿随机分为实验组和对照组,各40例。对照组患儿出院后给予常规护理出院指导,实验组患儿出院后给予延续性护理进行管理。比较2组患儿及家属的治疗依从性、护理满意度,分析2组患儿的并发症发生状况以及治疗前后的舒适度的变化。结果治疗后,实验组患儿及家属的治疗依从性、护理满意度以及并发症发生状况均显著优于对照组(P<0.05);实验组患儿的生活舒适评分、心理评分以及环境舒适评分均较治疗前、对照组治疗后显著提高(P<0.05)。结论对先天性巨结肠根治术出院患儿实施延续性护理管理,不仅能够改善患儿及家属的治疗依从性、护理满意度,而且能够改善患儿的并发症发生状况、舒适度。

Objective To explore the impact of continuous care on prognosis of radical surgery children with hirschsprung disease. Methods A total of 80 hirschsprung disease patients in our hospital were randomly divided into experimental and control groups,with 40 cases in each group.The control group received routine care,and the children in the experimental group after discharge were given continuous nursing management. Treatment compliance,nursing satisfaction were analyzed,complications and comfort conditions of two groups before and after treatment were compared.Results After treatment,treatment compliance,nursing satisfaction and complications in the experimental group were significantly better than that in the control group（ P〈0. 05）. After treatment,comfort scores in life and environment as well as psychological score of patients in the experimental group was significantly improved compared with treatment before and the control group after treatment（ P〈0. 05）. Conclusion Continuous care management for radical surgery children with hirschsprung can not only improve the treatment compliance and nursing satisfaction of children and their families,but also improve the situation of complications and comfort degree.
