摘要
环境规制要素、研发要素以及出口市场要素的交互作用项对产业集聚的影响最大。环境规制交互作用项同时导致污染产业和清洁产业集聚,外资流入污染产业强度大于清洁产业,污染天堂效应产生。中国出口市场要素交互作用项对清洁产业集聚的影响远远大于污染产业,即中国出口的是清洁产品而非污染品。
Interaction terms of enviormental regulation,RD,and the exporting market are the threee factors mostly affecting the induatrial agglomeration. Environmental regulation interaction term leads to the agglomerations of polluting industries and clean industries at the same time. The inflow of foreign capitals into polluting industries is greater than that of clean industries which results in the pollution heaven effect. The influence of export market interaction term over the clean industries is greater than the polluting industries,i. e.the Chinese export products are clean,not polluted.
