温阳法联合TP方案治疗晚期非小细胞肺癌临床研究

Clinical Research of Treating Terminal Non-Small Cell Lung Cancer Based on Warming Yang Method United TP Program

目的:观察以阳和汤为基础联合TP方案辨病辨证治疗中晚期非小细胞肺癌的临床疗效。方法:按随机数字表法将60例非小细胞肺癌患者分为对照组和治疗组,每组30例。对照组单纯采用TP方案治疗,治疗组采用阳和汤联合TP方案综合治疗,21 d为1个周期,2个周期为1个疗程。结果:1治疗后两组近期疗效比较,治疗组、对照组有效率分别为73.33%、43.33%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);2两组不良反应比较,治疗组、对照组重度骨髓抑制率分别为23.33%、53.33%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);3治疗组与对照组临床症状改善率分别为83.33%、63.33%,两组比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);4两组karnofsky评分比较,治疗组与对照组生活质量提高受益率分别为70.00%、40.00%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:以温阳法理论为指导,以阳和汤为基础辨病辨证施治能够提高中晚期非小细胞肺癌患者的临床疗效,减轻化疗不良反应,改善主要临床症状,提高生活质量。

Objective： To observe the clinical curative effect based on Yang-He Tang to treat terminal non-small cell lung cancer by the differentiation of disease and syndrome. Methods： 60 cases of terminal non-small cell lung cancer were randomly divided into the control group and the treatment group,with 30 cases in each group. The control group took TP Program merely. The treatment group took comprehensive treatment plan combined TP program and Yang-He Tang,with 2 periods treatment course. Results： ①Comparing the treatment group and control group after treatment,the effective rate was 73. 33% and 43. 33% respectively. Both of them had a statistical significance（ P〈0. 05）. ②Comparing the toxic reaction changes of the two groups before and after the treatment. The severe bone marrow inhibition ratio of treatment group was 23. 33%,with control group 53. 33%. There was a statistical significance between two groups（ P〈0. 05）.③ Before and after the treatment,the improvement rate of clinical symptoms in the treatment group and control group were 83. 33% and 63. 33% respectively. ④ Before and after the treatment,comparing the karnofsky point of the treatment group and the control group,the benefit rate of improving qualified life was 70. 00% and 40. 00%respectively. There was a statistical significance between two groups（ P〈0. 05）. Conclusion： Guided by warming Yang method,based on based on Yang-He Tang was able to improve the clinical effect of terminal non-small cell lung cancer by the differentiation of disease and syndrome,which was capable to reduce the toxic reaction,improve the main clinical symptoms and the quality of life.
