摘要
目的:分析731例2型糖尿病患者中医证型分布特点,并探讨常见证型与年龄、病程的关系。方法:收集731例2型糖尿病患者资料,采用SPSS20.0统计学软件对患者的中医证型、相关因素进行分析。结果:1731例2型糖尿病患者的证型构成比:气阴两虚证为32.0%,阴虚火旺证为28.9%,脾虚胃热证为14.4%,胃肠实热证为9.6%,肺胃郁热证为9.3%;2在主症合并有兼夹证中,瘀血证占45.4%,痰饮证占19.2%,湿浊证占15.7%;32型糖尿病患者证型与年龄的关系:青年(〈45岁)发生率最高的证型是阴虚火旺证;中年(45~59岁)发生率最高的证型是气阴两虚证;老年(≥60岁)发生率最高的证型是气阴两虚证。结论:气阴两虚证、阴虚火旺证是2型糖尿病患者临床最常见的证型;不同证型的分布与患者年龄和病程有一定的相关性。
Objective: To investigate the TCM syndrome type distribution of 731 patients of type 2 diabetic patients,and to explore the relationship between common syndromes and age,course of disease. Methods: Collecting 731 cases of type 2 diabetes and utilizing SPSS20. 0 statistical software were investigated to analyze the TCM syndrome type and related factors of patients. Results: 1The constituent ratios of 731 cases of type 2 diabetes: the syndrome of deficiency of both Qi and Yin was 32. 0%,syndrome of spleen Qi deficiency was 28. 9%,spleen stomach deficiency and stomach heat syndrome was 14. 4%,excess- heat syndrome of intestines and stomach was 9. 6%,the stagnated heat syndrome of stomach and lungs was 9. 3%; 2 In the company syndrome combined with main syndrome,the syndrome of blood stasis was 45. 4%,the syndrome of phlegm and fluid retention was 19. 2%,the syndrome of pathogenic damp was 15. 7%; 3The relationship between syndrome type and age of patients: young( before 45)the syndrome of fire excess from Yin deficiency occupied the most,middle age( 45- 59) : the syndrome of deficiency of both Qi and Yin occupied the most,old age( ≥60) : the syndrome of deficiency of both Qi and Yin occupied the most. Conclusion: The syndrome of deficiency of both Qi and Yin and the syndrome of fire excess from Yin deficiency were the the most popular syndrome among type 2 diabetes. The distribution of different syndrome types were related to the age and disease course of the patients.
