从细辛中分离细辛脂素工艺研究 被引量:2

摘要 目的:探讨细辛脂素分离工艺的最佳方法。方法:对细辛提取过程中,影响细辛脂素提取率的因素,进行单因素考察,确定细辛脂素合适的提取工艺。对细辛醇提物的浓缩物不经萃取,直接进行硅胶柱层析分离,得到灰白色的细辛脂素粗晶体;用乙酸乙酯-石油醚为溶剂,对所得的细辛脂素粗晶体,进行重结晶,得到细辛脂素。结果:单因素考察,细辛脂素合适的提取工艺为10倍量体积分数80%的乙醇,回流提取2次,每次2 h;对细辛脂素用乙酸乙酯-石油醚进行重结晶,得到18.2 g纯度大于98%的细辛脂素。结论:本工艺提高了细辛脂素的分离得率,适合细辛脂素的制备。 Objective: To discuss the best way to sparation Asarinin from Asarum. Methods: Establishment asarum lipid content determination method; Extraction of the composition process,factors affecting the extraction rate of asarinin,carried on the single factor investigation,determined the extraction process of asarinin element suitable; Alcohol extract of the composition of the concentrate without extraction,directly by silica gel column chromatography separation,get gray asarinin,coarse crystal; Using ethyl acetate and petroleum ether as solvent,the income of asarinin coarse crystal,recrystallization,asarinin grain. Results: The single factor investigation,asarum suitable extraction process for 10 times the amount of 80% ethanol,circumfluence extraction 2 times,each time 2 hours; Asarinin element of the composition in ethyl acetate and petroleum ether recrystallization,the purity was more than 18. 2 g 98% of asarinin. Conclusion: this technology can improve the separation of asarum fat grain yield,is suitable for the preparation of asarum fat grain.
