中西医结合治疗心律失常临床研究

Clinical Study on the Treatment of Heart Rate Disorder with Combination of Traditional Chinese and Western Medicine

目的:观察中西医结合治疗心律失常的临床疗效。方法:将100例心律失常患者随机分为分为对照组和治疗组。对照组采用心律平口服治疗,治疗组采用稳心颗粒联合倍他乐克治疗,治疗后比较两组患者的临床疗效和24 h动态心电图变化情况。结果:治疗后治疗组有效率为95.0%,对照组有效率为85.0%,两组比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后治疗组ST段压低下降明显,室性早搏减少,两组比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:中西医结合治疗心律失常临床疗效显著,并发症及不良反应小,且安全性高。

Objective： To observe the clinical effect of combined traditional Chinese and western medicine treatment of arrhythmia.Methods： 100 patients with arrhythmia were randomly divided into the control group and the treatment group. The control group was treated with oral Propafenone tablet treatment,and the treatment group was treated with Wenxin granule combined with betaloc treatment,after treatment,clinical efficacy and the change of 24 h dynamic electrocardiogram of two groups were compared. Results： After treatment,the effective rate of treatment group was 95. 0%,the control group was 85. 0%,comparing the two groups showed that the difference was statistically significant（ P〈0. 05）; After treatment,ST segment depression decreased significantly,ventricular premature beat decreased,the difference was statistically significant（ P〈0. 05）. Conclusion： The combination of traditional Chinese and western medicine treatment of arrhythmia has significant effect,small complications and adverse reactions,and high safety.
