艾灸结合康复治疗脑卒中偏瘫上肢痉挛临床研究

Clinical Research of Moxibustion Combined with Rehabilitation Therapy on Patients with Upper Limb Spastic Paralysis After Stroke

目的:观察艾灸结合康复治疗改善脑卒中后上肢痉挛状态的临床疗效。方法:将68例患者随机分为治疗组和对照组。治疗组采用艾灸结合康复治疗,对照组采用康复治疗。治疗后所有患者采用改良Ashworth量表、四肢简化FuglMeyer评定量表、修订后患者报告的临床结局(Patient Reported Outcomes,PRO)量表,分别评定上肢痉挛程度、运动功能水平、患者生存质量。结果:治疗组改良Ashworth量表、四肢简化Fugl-Meyer评定量表、PRO量表指数均优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:艾灸结合康复治疗可有效改善患者上肢痉挛状态,提高运动功能水平和生存质量,较单纯康复疗法为佳。

Objective： To observe the effect of moxibustion combined with rehabilitation therapy to improve the clinical curative effect of upper limb spasticity after stroke. Methods： 68 patients were randomly divided into the treatment group and the control group. The treatment group with moxibustion therapy combined with rehabilitation,the control group with rehabilitation treatment.After treatment,modified Ashworth scale（ MAS）,simplified limbs the Fugl-Meyer Rating Scale（ FMA）,patient reported outcomes with the revised Patient Reported Outcomes（ PRO） scale were used to assess the degree of spasticity,motor function and life quality of the patients. Results： The treatment group of modified Ashworth scale,simplified Fugl-Meyer limbs scale,PRO scale index were better than the control group,the difference was statistically significant（ P〈0. 05）. Conclusion： Moxibustion therapy combined with rehabilitation training can effectively improve the patients of upper limb spasticity,improve motor function and quality of life,better than simple rehabilitation therapy.
