浅谈土建工程施工阶段的工程造价控制

On Cost Control of Civil Engineering in Construction Stage

土建工程包括投资决策阶段、设计阶段、施工阶段等五个阶段。在实际工程中施工阶段的工程造价控制因不确定因素的影响较大,成本往往难以控制。文章针对施工阶段常出现的合同风险问题、签证管理混乱、材料及施工成本控制不合理等问题进行了分析,提出了在合同问题中明确合同价款、工程拨付方式等措施;在签证管理问题中提出了注重隐蔽施工项目的签证等措施。

Civil engineering includes five stages： investment decision stage,design stage,construction stage and so on.In the actual cases,the cost of project in the construction stage is due to the impact of many uncertain factors,so the cost is often hard to control. In the construction stage,the contract loophole,certificate management issues,materials and construction cost controlling problems and other issues are analyzed. And the corresponding countermeasures are： define the contract price and the method of fund transaction; focus on hidden work＇s certificate and so on.
