高校体育教学中,游泳是各个专项中最落后、困难最多的项目,游泳传统教学中存在不少难以克服的障碍。上海城市管理学院游泳教学改革重点放在加大游泳理论课比重、强化游泳示范教学手段、采用俱乐部教学模式三方面,并以CAI数字技术作全面支撑和技术保障。实践证明,CAI数字技术在游泳教学中发挥了独特和显著的作用。

In the university sports teaching,the swimming is the most backward and difficult most project among all sports specialties. The traditional swimming teaching has many difficult barriers that are hard to overcome. In Shanghai Technical College of Urban Management,the reform key of swimming education reform is enlarging the swimming theory class the proportion,strengthening swimming demonstration course＇s methods and using the club teaching pattern. And at the same time adopt CAI digital technique as the comprehensive support and the technical support. The practice proved that the CAI digital technique has played a unique and the remarkable role in the swimming teaching.
