摘要
以车辆连接螺栓为研究对象,利用Tcl/Tk语言对ANSYS有限元分析软件进行二次开发.依据《机械设计手册》对铁路车辆连接螺栓进行静强度、挤压强度、剪切强度评估,结合ANSYS开发语言APDL对各种评估过程进行整合并创建了评估界面.实现了可视化的界面操作,完成了评估过程的自动计算及结果输出.
This paper based on the vehicle connecting bolts as research object,aiming at ANSYS finite element analysis software for secondary development with the Tcl / Tk language. On the basis of "Mechanical Design Manual",the static strength,compression strength and shear strength of railway vehicle connection bolt are studied. Combining with ANSYS APDL language,a variety of evaluation process integration is conducted,and the assessment interface is created. The visualization of the interface is realized and the automatic calculation of the evaluation process and result output are completed.
