V含量对V-Cr-Mn合金白口铸铁干摩擦磨损性能的影响 被引量:1

摘要 采用SEM、XRD、EDS以及往复式干摩擦磨损试验机对V含量不同的V-Cr-Mn合金白口铸铁的显微组织以及干摩擦磨损性能进行了研究.结果表明:V含量不同的V-Cr-Mn合金白口铸铁的显微组织均为奥氏体、MC型碳化物及M7C3型碳化物;V含量为7.5%的V-Cr-Mn合金白口铸铁在室温下的干摩擦磨损性能优于V含量为10%和5%的V-Cr-Mn合金白口铸铁;不同V含量的V-Cr-Mn合金白口铸铁的干摩擦磨损性能与合金碳化物的硬度、颗粒尺寸及含量有关. The microstructures and dry friction and wear properties of V-Cr-Mn alloy white cast iron containing different V content were studied by SEM,XRD,EDS and reciprocating dry friction and wear testing machine.The results indicate that the microstructures of the V-Cr-Mn alloy white cast iron with different V content are austenite,MC type carbides and M7C3 carbides. The dry friction wear resistance at room temperature of the VCr-Mn alloy white cast iron with 7. 5%( wt) V content is better than that of 10% and 5% V content; The dry friction and wear properties of the V-Cr-Mn alloy white cast iron containing different V content were related to the hardness,particle size and content of alloy carbide.
