论我国知识产权文化的构建

On the Construction of Intellectual Property Culture

知识产权文化的构建是对当今我国知识产权进行维护的重要内容,是知识产权发展的重要保障。知识产权文化在提升企业核心竞争力和我国的综合国力以及营造良好的法制环境等方面都有十分积极的作用。当前,我国知识产权文化存在着诸多问题,如企业对知识产权的保护意识比较淡薄、知识产权的成果转化不及时、对知识产权侵权案件的打击力度不够以及公民知识产权的意识淡薄等。为了解决这些问题,我国应当从多个角度采取针对性措施,最终构建较为完善的知识产权文化体系。

Building an IP culture is an important part of the maintenance of intellectual property rights today,which is an important guarantee of intellectual property development. The promotion of IP culture is positive in enhancing the core competitiveness of enterprises,strengthening our country＇s comprehensive national strength as well as creating a favorable legal environment,etc. At present,China ＇ s IP culture sees many problems,namely,relatively weak business awareness of intellectual property protection,delayed conversion of the intellectual outcome,weak crackdown of IP infringement and awareness of intellectual property rights,to name just a few. China is supposed to take specific measures to better the situation from multiple angles,and ultimately build a more comprehensive IP culture system to solve these problems.
