套损监测技术在华北油田二连地区的应用 被引量:2

摘要 华北油田二连地区已开发30多年,该地区各断块具有沉积类型多、断层发育、低孔低渗、非均质性强等特点,多年注采使得该地区油水井经常出现以变形为主的套损,另外还存在套管错断、漏失、错位、腐蚀和破裂现象。套损井占油水井比例有逐年上升的趋势,极大影响了油田产量的提升。通过对油田使用的各种套损检测方法的分析,针对华北油田二连地区不同区块的生产测井情况,提出采用超声成像+电磁探伤、多臂井径+电磁探伤等组合技术进行套管损伤综合检测,应用效果较好。 Erlian Area has been developed for more than 30 years in Huabei Oilfield,it had the characteristics of various types of deposits,fault development,low porosity and low permeability and the strong heterogeneity.Because of injecting production for many years,the casing was deformed and damaged in oil and water wells,in addition there existed the phenomenon of casing break,leakage,dislocation,erosion and fractures.The proportion of the casing damage wells has been raised year by year,which has greatly influenced the production of the oilfield.By Analyzing various kinds of casing damage detection methods and in consideration of the production logging in different blocks of Erlian Area,a combination technique of electromagnetic detection,multi-arm caliper logging,electromagnetic flaw detection and ultrasonic imaging logging is proposed for a comprehensive detection of casing damage.The combination technology obtains very good results.
