摘要
采用水蒸气蒸馏法和索氏提取法提取姜黄挥发油,采用80%乙醇浸提、结晶法制备姜黄素。利用滤纸片固相扩散法研究了3种姜黄提取物对6种畜禽病原菌的抑菌活性;利用平板涂布法研究了姜黄提取物对6种病原菌的的最低抑菌浓度。结果表明,两种姜黄挥发油和姜黄素对畜禽病原菌具有一定抑菌活性,姜黄挥发油的抑菌效果好于姜黄素,其中水蒸汽蒸馏法提取的姜黄挥发油抑菌效果最佳。3种提取物对致病性大肠杆菌、金黄色葡萄球菌、鸡白痢沙门菌、猪伤寒沙门菌、猪链球菌和志贺氏菌的最低抑菌浓度分别为:水蒸汽蒸馏姜黄挥发油6.25、6.25、12.5、6.25、12.5、6.25 mg·m L^(-1);索氏提取姜黄挥发油12.5、12.5、25.0、12.5、25.0、12.5 mg·m L^(-1);姜黄素50.0、100.0、50.0、25.0、100.0、50.0 mg·m L^(-1)。
The volatile oil was extracted from Curcuma longa by water steam distillation and Soxhlet method.Curcumin was extracted with 80% ethanol. The antimicrobial activities of three turmeric extracts were determined by plate diffuse to six pathogenic bacteria. The minimum inhibitory concentration of the extracts was investigated by plate spread. The results indicated that all the 3 kinds of extracts showed antibacterial activity. Compared with the antimicrobial activity of curcumin, the volatile oils showed stronger antimicrobial activity. The minimum inhibitory concentration of Escherichia coli O157, Staphylocous aureus, Salmonella pullorum, Salmonella typhisuis, Streptococcus suis and Shigella Castellani was as followed. The volatile oil extracted by water steam distillation was 6.25, 6.25,12.5, 6.25, 12.5 and 6.25 mg · m L^(-1); the volatile oil extracted by Soxhlet method was 12.5, 12.5, 25.0, 12.5, 25.0and 12.5 mg · m L^(-1); curcumin was 50.0, 100.0, 50.0, 25.0, 100.0 and 50.0 mg · m L^(-1).
