摘要
目的探讨外用高氧液治疗慢性皮肤溃疡的临床效果。方法选取2014年1月至2015年1月我院收治的86例慢性皮肤溃疡患者,随机分为观察组与对照组,每组43例。对照组给予传统的治疗方法,如清创、换药、敷料覆盖。观察组在对照组的基础上给予外用高氧液治疗。治疗4 w后比较两组患者表面渗液量、疮面色泽程度、肉芽、上皮组织生长情况、疮面细菌培养检出率与治疗总有效率。结果观察组的表面渗液量、疮面色泽程度、肉芽、上皮组织生长情况低于对照组,具有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组患者治疗前疮面细菌培养检出率无统计学差异(P>0.05);治疗后,观察组患者细菌培养检出率(4.7%)低于对照组(20.9%),具有统计学差异(P<0.05);观察组的治疗总有效率(90.7%)高于对照组(58.1%),具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论外用高氧液治疗慢性皮肤溃疡临床疗效较好,可促进创口愈合,值得在临床上推广使用。
Objective To investigate the clinical effect of hyperoxia solution for external use in the treatment of chronic skin ul- cers. Methods 86 cases of patients with chronic skin ulcers admitted into our hospital from January 2014 to January 2015 were select- ed and randomly divided into the observation group and the control group, with 43 cases in each group. The control group received conventional treatment, such as debridement, dressing and bandaging. The observation group was additionally given hyperoxia solution for external use. After four weeks' treatment, the volume of surface exudates, color of the wound, granuloma, growth of epithelial tis- sue, total effective rate and wound bacterial culture detection rate of the two groups were compared (P 〈 0. 05). Results The obser- vation group boasted of less volume of surface exudates, lower growth of granuloma and epithelial tissue and lighter color of the wound than the control group, with statistically significance difference (P 〈 0. 05 ). There was no statistically significant difference in the wound bacterial culture detection rate before treatment of the two groups (P 〉 0.05 ). After treatment, the wound bacterial culture de- tection rate of the observation group (4. 7% ) was less than that of the control group (20. 9% ), with statistically significant difference ( P 〈 0. 05). The total effective rate of the observation group (90. 7% ) was higher than that of the control group (58. 1% ), with sta- tistically significant difference (P 〈 0. 05). Conclusion Hyperoxia solution for external use proves to be with good clinical effect in the treatment of chronic skin ulcers by accelerating wound healing, which is worthy of clinical application.
