阿奇霉素联合红霉素对支原体肺炎患儿临床疗效研究

Clinical Effect of Azithromycin Combined with Erythromycin in the Treatment of Children with Mycoplasma Pneumonia

目的研究阿奇霉"素联合红霉素对支原体肺炎患儿临床疗效。方法选取2014年1月至2014年12月来我院进行诊治的支原体肺炎患儿,随机分为研究组和对照组,每组46例,研究组给予阿奇霉素联合红霉素进行治疗,对照组给予阿奇霉素,比较两组患儿的临床治疗效果。结果治疗后研究组患儿总有效43例,总有效率为93.48%(43/46),对照组患儿总有效36例,总有效率为78.26%(36/46),两组相比,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);研究组患儿平均退热、止咳、肺部啰音消失时间以及住院费用均少于对照组患儿,两组相比,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组患儿不良反应发生率为23.91%(11/46),对照组患儿不良反应发生率为19.57%(9/46),两组相比,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论阿奇霉素联合红霉素在治疗支原体肺炎患儿时疗效显著,不仅可以较快的改善临床症状,而且具有良好的安全性,值得临床上进一步研究应用。

Objective To study clinical effect of azithromycin combined with erythromycin in the treatment of children with myco- plasma pneumonia. Methods Children with mycoplasma pneumonia who came to our hospital for treatment from January 2014 to De- cember 2014 were randomly selected and divided into study group and control group, 46 cases in each group. Children in study group were treated with azithromycin combined with erythromycin, while those in control group were treated with azithromycin only. The clin- ical therapeutic effects of two groups were compared. Results After treatment, the total effective cases of the study group were 43 and the total effective rate was 93.48% （43/46）. While the total effective cases of control group were 36 and the total effective rate was 78. 26% （36/46）. The difference between the two groups is statistically significant （P 〈0. 05） . The average time of abatement of fever, relief of cough and absence of pulmonary rales, and hospitalization cost in the study group were less than those of the control group, with statistically significant difference （P 〈 0. 05 ）. The adverse reaction rate of the study group was 23.91% （ 11/46 ）, while that of the control group was 19.57% （9/46）, with no statistically significant difference （P 〉 0. 05）. Conclusion The use of Azithromyein combined with Erythromycin in the treatment of children with mycoplasma pneumonia proves significantly effective. It can ease the clinical symptoms quickly and is safer. It is worthy of further clinical research and wider application.
