摘要
对数字化装配技术及其应用进行回顾、总结,介绍了数字化装配技术的典型应用和关键技术。分析了智能装配的基本特征,指出了智能感知、实时分析、自主决策、精准执行所涉及的关键技术,并给出一种基于CPS(Cyber Physical System)的飞机智能装配系统总体架构。
The aircraft digital assembly technology is reviewed and summarized, and its typical applications and key technologies are described. After analyzing the basic characteristics of intelligent assembly, the key technologies involved in intelligent perception, real-time analysis, autonomous decision-making and precise execution are pointed out. What's more, a general framework of aircraft intelligent assembly system based on CPS is presented.
