摘要
数控加工仿真技术在预防加工过程的缺陷、优化加工过程参数等方面有着不可替代的作用,近年得到了越来越广泛的应用。介绍了国内外数控加工仿真技术的研究进展,重点阐述了几何仿真以及物理仿真中涉及的关键技术,包括切屑预测、力热耦合作用模拟、加工变形预测和刀具磨损预测。最后,对数控加工仿真技术现存的问题进行了分析,并对数控加工仿真技术的发展趋势作了探讨。
Machining process simulation has been widely used in production line, and plays an important role in avoiding machining defects as well as optimizing machining parameters. This paper reviews the state of the arts in geometrical and physical modelling and simulation, discusses some key aspects of physical modelling, including chip prediction, thermal-mechanical coupling, workpiece distortion prediction and tool wear prediction. At last, existing problems in machining process simulation are analyzed and the new trends of machining process simulation are predicted.
