摘要
介绍资源发现系统的研究现状,以创新扩散理论和TOE框架为基础,分析其在高校图书馆整体层面的创新扩散规律和个体层面的创新扩散过程。从个体层面提出认知、说服、选型、实施、确认和评价六个阶段创新扩散模型,并以上海交通大学为例进行讨论;同时对六阶段创新扩散过程中各个阶段的影响因素进行分析,构建用户-信息-技术-环境(U-I-T-E)四维度模型,详细讨论四个不同维度下具体的指标变量,提出完整的资源发现系统创新扩散影响因素模型。
This paper gives a brief description of the present state of the study on Web-scale Discovery Service(WDS) and analyses the macro and micro innovation diffusion process of WDS in academic libraries. A six-stage innovation diffusion model is put forward, which includes cognition, persuasion, selection, implementation, confirmation and evaluation, and is discussed by taking the case of Shanghai Jiaotong University. Meanwhile, the factors affecting each stage of the innovation diffusion are analyzed to construct a user-information-technology-environment framework and the indicator variables are discussed in detail to create a complete model of the factors affecting the innovation diffusion of WDS.
