摘要 为了确保在生活生产和消防状态下,供水系统能够可靠高效地稳定运行,设计一套以可编程逻辑控制器PLC为控制核心,结合变频调速技术、PID调节和压力传感等技术的自动恒压变频供水系统。该供水系统可以根据用水负荷自动快速调节水泵电机转速和增减水泵电机投入运行的台数来实现恒压供水。该系统能够保证当处于生活供水状态时保持低恒压值运行,而当处于消防供水状态时保持高恒压值运行。该系统选用西门子S7-200、风机水泵专用型变频器Micro Master430、压力传感器等,采用MCGS组态软件对该系统进行测试。经试验表明,该供水系统能够有效地避免人为操作复杂性和不可靠性,达到提升供水品质和节能高效的目的。 In order to ensure the stable operation of the water supply system in the life and fire control,the constant pressure frequency conversion water supply system was designed,which uses PLC( Programmable Logic Controller) as the core controller,combined with VVVF PID adjustment and pressure sensing technology. The water supply system automatically adjusts the speed and quantities of pump motor according to the flow changes,which ensure the system maintain a low constant pressure state in life and a high constant pressure state in fire control. The water supply system was composed of Siematic S7-200,Siematic MICROMASTER430 and the pressure sensor,which uses the MCGS( Monitor and Control Generated System) configuration software to test this system. The experimental researches reveal that the water supply system can effectively avoid the complexity and unreliability of the manual operation,and can achieve the purpose of improving water quality and energy efficiency.
