摘要
采用石墨烯辅助合成,在T=180℃、t=24 h、p H=6条件下通过水热法合成了Er F3纳米晶。通过改变反应时间,实现了对产物形貌的控制合成。用X射线衍射仪(XRD)、场发射扫描电子显微镜(SEM)等对样品的晶体结构和形貌进行表征并提出了晶体的形成机理。结果表明反应时间对产物形貌的影响较大,当反应体系为12 h、p H=6、T=180℃时,产物形貌为球状;当反应时间为24 h,产物形貌为规则均匀的长方体;当反应时间为36 h时,晶体的均一性最好,此时产物Er F3晶体长度约为2.4的μm棒状产物;当反应时间为48 h时,产物形貌是哑铃状。
Auxiliary synthesis using graphene, at T = 180 ℃, T = 24 h, p H = 6 Er F3 was synthesized under the condition of nanocrystals through the hydrothermal method. By changing the reaction time, morphology-controlled synthesis is achieved. The phase and shape of the products were characterized by XRD, SEM and provide guidance for the mechanism of crystal formation. Results show that the influences of reaction time, the morphology of the product, when the reaction time of 12 h, p H = 6, when T = 180 ℃ system, product shape is ball. When the reaction time is 24 h, product shape is a regular uniform cuboid. When the reaction time for 36 h, crystal homogeneity is best and the product Er F3 crystal size is about 2.4 mm rod. When the reaction time is 48, product shape is dumbbell.
