2015年是国家层面颁布大力促进文艺和文化发展的"批量"政策的一年,尤其是《关于全面加强和改进学校美育工作的意见》作为美育发展提供了从观念到具体措施的重要文件,极大地鼓舞了美育工作者。如何看待美育新局面,如何实施美育新发展,必须认识到位,践行落实。成立全国美育联盟就是力求实施的重要举措,专家们对于美育性质和发展的思考,有利于共同促进美育的发展。

2015 witnessed the issuance of a great many policies at the national level in effectively promoting the development of arts and culture. Suggestions on Strengthening and Improving Aesthetic Education in Primary and Secondary Schools,more than any other document,greatly encourages aesthetic education practitioners by providing newconcepts of and specific measures for its development. On issues such as how to evaluate the new situation of aesthetic education and how to implement the new development of aesthetic education,a consensus must be reached and its implementation must be assured. It is to this end that the National League of Aesthetic Education has been set up where the experts pool together their ideas on the nature and development of aesthetic education in a joint effort to promote its development.
