摘要
传统制造业对项目管理的应用主要集中在工程类项目、研发类项目和管理改善类项目。随着社会需求和生产水平的不断提高,面向订单设计(ETO)生产模式在制造企业中的比重不断增加,其产品实现过程项目管理特征明显,与传统生产制造管理有较大区别。本文分析了制造企业在实施ETO模式中应用项目管理知识体系的特点与难点,并提出了针对性的建议与措施。
Along with the social production and improvement of living standards, design for orders(ETO) model of proportion increase year by year, the product has fewer repeat relative uniqueness, characteristics of project management becomes increasingly visible. This paper analyses the characteristics and difficulties of the application in manufacturing enterprises in the realization of ETO project management knowledge system and puts forward the corresponding suggestions and measures.
