Strategy to Improve Quality of Expanding the Collection and Payment of Social Insurance

在我国社会保险深化改革进程中,扩面征缴工作愈发强调提高服务管理质量。本文以人社、社保经办部门扩面工作的发展现状出发,分析了制约社保扩面征缴服务管理水平的难点问题,就提高市级人社、社保经办部门的社保扩面征缴工作质量提出了几点对策建议。

In the process of social insurance＇s deepen reform, improving quality is becoming more important. In expanding the collection and payment, this paper starts with the development status of expansion of Human Resources and Social Security Bureau, and analyzes the restrictive factors of expanding the collection and payment. Then the paper puts forward some strategies, which play a role to improve quality of Human Resources and Social Security Bureaus＇ expansion and the collection and payment of social insurance.
