摘要
为了了解中小企业文化对经营业绩、员工满意度的影响,本文通过问卷调查,对浙江省中小企业进行了实证研究。对数据统计分析得出企业文化8个维度,其中领导风格、团队合作与企业经营业绩、员工满意度存在显著正相关关系。
In order to understand the influence of the culture of medium-sized enterprises on the business performance and employees' satisfaction, this paper carries out the empirical research for the small and medium-sized enterprises in Zhejiang Province by the questionnaire survey. Eight dimensions of data statistical analysis are obtained, there is a significant positive correlation between leadership style, teamwork and enterprise performance, employees' satisfaction.
