摘要
整合工作是种业并购的关键环节,本文旨在为我国种业企业提高并购效果提供有价值的参考,通过结合层次分析法与多层次模糊综合评价模型构建了种业整合风险评价体系,对我国种业整合风险的等级进行评价。基于案例分析,文章得到种业整合风险并不是足够低的结论,其中技术风险和市场风险权重相对较高,需要格外重视。
The integration is a key link in the process of mergers and acquisitions. The paper aims to provide the valuable reference for seed industry enterprises to improve the integration work. By the analytic hierarchy process（AHP） and the multi-level fuzzy comprehensive evaluation model, the risk evaluation system for seed industry integration is established to evaluate the overall risk level of seed industry integration. Based on the case analysis, the paper concludes that the integration risk level of seed industry is not low enough, among which the technical risk and the market risk take a high proportion that need more attentions.
