摘要
本文采用双螺杆挤出机对聚丙烯(PP)和乙烯/醋酸乙烯酯共聚物(EVA)进行共混挤出。考察了PP不同含量对PP/EVA共混体系的加工性能,结晶性能,共混结构和机械性能的影响。通过熔体流动速率(MFR),X-射线衍射(XRD),差示量热扫描(DSC)等对样品进行了测试与表征。结果表明,随着PP含量的增加,PP/EVA共混体系的加工扭矩和熔体流动速率逐步增大;XRD测试结果表明PP生成了γ晶体。
Twin-screw extruder is used for blending extrusion of polypropylene(PP) and ethyleneinyl acetate copolymer(EVA). The influence of different PP content on the processability, crystallization properties, blending structure and mechanical properties of PP/EVA blending system is investigated. The samples are tested and presented through MFR, XRD and DSC. The result shows that with the increase of PP content, the processing torque and melt flow rate of the PP/EVA blending system increases gradually. RXD test result indicates that PP has generated γ crystal.
