摘要
及时修补处于早期破坏阶段的水泥混凝土路面,不仅能够延长路面使用寿命,而且能降低整个路面维修费用。传统修复方法一般是先用破坏锤将路面破坏后,再对路基进行一定的压实处理,在施工中要重新完成基层和面层的铺设施工,所以从整体上来说,其工作量相对较大,在施工的过程中,其交通的通行质量要可能会受到比较大的影响,施工人员、材料成本用量都非常巨大。此外,修复后的公路在应用的过程中,修复部位需要定期翻修,应用效果并不理想。为解决这一难题,本文介绍了一种水泥混凝土路面薄层的快速修补技术,既做到了快速修补,快速开放交通,又保证了修复后的强度和耐用性,修补效果令人满意。
