本文选取了准确度较高的数字湿度计作为被检对象,通过建立模型、分析不确定度的主要分量,计算求取扩展不确定度;按照扩展不确定度应小于湿度计准确度三分之一的要求,采取了相应的改进措施,减小了各分量的数值,并最终将扩展不确定度控制在合理水平,保证了测量数据的可靠性。

This article selects the high accuracy digital hygrometer as the test object. Through the establishment of model, analysis of the main component of uncertainty, expanded uncertainty calculation, according to the requirement that the expanded uncertainty should be less than the moisture meter accuracy a third of the requirements, corresponding improving measures were taken to reduce the value of each component and eventually the expanded uncertainty was controlled in a reasonable level, ensuring the reliability of the measurement data.
