摘要
使用两阶段DEA-Windows方法,基于2005—2012年中国28个省份的高技术产业的面板数据,对技术创新整体效率和两个子过程效率的变动趋势及区域差异进行了比较分析。分析表明:我国区域高技术产业技术创新过程整体效率及两个子过程效率均有较大的改进空间;中国高技术产业技术创新整体效率(E_0)呈现缓慢上升趋势,技术研发效率(E_1)亦呈现上升趋势,技术转化效率(E_2)则呈现震荡状态;东、中、西部三大地区的高技术产业技术创新过程效率水平呈现出明显的不平衡现象,内部差异显著。
Using two-stage DEA-Windows method, based on 2005-2012 China's high technology industry of28 provinces panel data, studies the overall efficiency of technological innovation and the efficiency of the two sub-processes change trend and regional differences.The research shows that: the regional overall efficiency in the process of high-tech industrial technology innovation and efficiency are two child process improvement space;China's high technology industry technology innovation overall efficiency(E0) presents the slow upward trend,technology research and development efficiency(E1) also showed a trend of rise, technology conversion efficiency(E2) shock state are presented; Eastern, central and western three areas of high technology industry technology innovation process efficiency level imbalance, obviously significant difference within.
