国家自主创新示范区建设对科技创新链、企业资金链和中介服务链等方面有了更高的要求,因此需大力发展科技金融体系。结合天津市实际发展情况,应当从完善科技金融政策体系、鼓励金融机构联动创新、打造全产业链的科技金融服务体系、构建完备的科技金融支撑体系等方面建设科技金融体系。

The construction of national independent innovation demonstration zone has higher requirements for science and technology innovation chain, enterprise capital chain and intermediary service chain. Based on the practical development situation of Tianjin, the construction of S T financial system should be from the aspects of improving the financial policy of science and technology system,encouraging financial institutions to linkage innovation, making the whole industry chain the financial service system of science and technology, building perfect financial support system of science and technology.
