企业销售人员胜任力模型的构建 被引量:3

摘要 随着全球化竞争的日趋激烈,人才资源逐渐成为企业争夺的重点。企业销售人员作为企业人才资源的重要组成部分,其绩效对企业绩效具有直接的影响。提高销售人员的胜任力可以极大地提高销售人员的绩效和企业绩效。基于此,探讨了销售人员的胜任力特征,并构建了企业销售人员胜任力模型。
