摘要
企业文化作为企业保持稳定和持续发展的助推剂,是企业核心竞争力的重要内容,其本土化建设对面向国内外电力科技研发前沿的科研型企业创新发展具有重要作用。文章从电力科技企业员工特点和地域文化的融合出发,以中国电科院武汉分院为例,系统梳理了电科院推进企业文化在武汉实施本土化建设的实践经验,提出了电力科技企业文化建设"以人为本重执行,自主管理创业绩"的本土化思路和对应的系列措施。
The construction of localization to the forefront of power technology research and development at home and abroad and cu enterprise innovation and development plays an important role. The local culture building plays an important role in innovation and development of those technology-based enterprises,in which face the domestic and international market. This article based on the characteristics of the employees of electrical technology company and the integration of regional culture,taking China electric power research institute Wuhan Branch (EPRI-WH)as a ease,summarized the practical experience of EPRI-WH to build their local enterprise culture, proposed the thoughts of local enterprise culture-building of the electric power technology company is that people-oriented and attaches great importance to execution, self-management and performance well"and series of related measures.
