摘要
研究通过检测鸡感染肠炎沙门菌(SE)后血清中超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)和谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶(GSH-Px)活性及丙二醛(MDA)含量的变化,探讨氧化损伤与SE感染的关系。将90只1日龄肠炎沙门菌阴性SPF鸡随机分为两组,对照组40只接种PBS,试验组50只接种肠炎沙门菌菌液。分别于接种后第1、3、7、14及21天进行屠宰,收集血清,检测血清中SOD、GSH-Px活性以及MDA含量的变化。结果显示:接种后第1、3、7及21天,试验组SOD及GSH-Px活性均显著高于对照组(P<0.05),试验组及对照组中MDA含量差异不显著;组内不同时间点间比较表明,SOD、GSH-Px活性及MDA含量均存在波动性。由结果可知,肠炎沙门菌感染后鸡血清SOD、GSH-Px活性增强,提高了机体抗氧化能力和清除过氧化物的能力,保护了细胞免受损伤。同时血清SOD、GSH-Px活性及MDA含量波动变化表明机体对SE感染的氧化损伤调控具有时效性。
This experiment aimed to investigate the relationship between oxidative damage and Salmonella enteritidis(SE)infection through detecting the activity of superoxide dismutase(SOD)and glutathione peroxidase(GSH-Px)and the content of malondialdehyde(MDA)in chicken serum. Ninety one-day-age SE negative SPF chickens were randomly divided into two groups,40 chickens in control group were inoculated with PBS,50 chickens in treatment group were inoculated with SE solution. The activities of SOD and GSH-Px and content of MDA were detected in the serum at day 1,3,7,14 and 21 after inoculation in each group,respectively. The results showed that SOD and GSH-Px activities in treatment group were significantly higher than that in control group at 1,3,7 and 21 days after inoculation(P〈0.05);the content of MDA was not significantly different between treatment group and control group. In the meanwhile,the waved SOD and GSH-Px activities and MDA content change were observed at different time points within each group.The results indicated that the activities of SOD and GSH-Px were enhanced after SE inoculation in chicken serum,which improved the body′s antioxidant ability and removed superoxide to protect cells from damage. The regulation of oxidation and antioxidation responding to SE infection was time-dependent.
